STRONG is a Pilates-inspired fitness experience that delivers a low-impact, high-intensity 45-minute workout.
Our instructor-led classes are delivered by STRONG Academy-trained instructors using our exclusive Rowformer and Bikeformer machines to create a full-body workout that builds strength, fitness and mobility over time.
With different classes each day, expertly designed by the STRONG programming team, every workout progresses week by week to deliver variety, progression and a smart way to train.
