3 x STRENGTH blocks. Upper Body, Lower Body and Core. Each strength block is followed by 5-minutes of interval rowing, giving you a full BODY workout that’s low-impact & high-intensity.

Strong Climb is an endurance based class designed to increase your fitness levels both physically and mentally. Learn how to pace yourself and work through multiple heart rate zones to achieve your peak fitness, while maintaining a solid foundation of strength through slow and controlled pilates flows.
