Work with light springs to focus on light resistance legs, abs and obliques.

Stabilising through each exercise to ensure you get what you came for. Plus, a burst of cardio HIIT with a trio of five minute rowing intervals.

Notoriously known as the hardest class of the week – work the entire trunk of your body, including frontal abdominals, lower abdominals, obliques and back extensions.

The longest row of the week. Focus on rowing technique and maximum distance. Balance out the rows with STRONG Pilates.
